We were tasked with the brief of designing a brochure that combined all the developments that were being done by Zotos Construction, a company that has been around for over 45 years, in a way that didn’t look like a corporate brochure. The solution was to combine the sales side of the business with content that was developed to increase the longevity of the result in order to make it last longer. The solution was a tabloid sized publication called Z, that was distributed as a company profile at show days, with details about the projects they were involved in, insights, tips and trends around the home, building and design industries, that the target market would be interested in. The tabloid was designed to look very different, to bring a style and tone to the brand that set it apart from its competitors.
